My main area of photography is portrait (or headshot as it is called in the film domain). Portraiture, referring to the patterns of painting or the art of recreating faces of past centuries. My studio enviornment is a space designed to feel comfortable and creative. Each session is an opportunity for a meeting to explore your energy and create something that feels authentic.
Before this happens, we will discuss what type of photography you need, what its applications and areas of publication will be, whether this is the first activity of this type or you want to refresh your portfolio. The first suggestion - naturalness and sophistication at the same time.
The experience gained on sets with artists also resonates in the case of private portraits or business headshots. After all, everything is a story.

The portrait photography is first and foremost the conversation for me. With the person and a human beauty. I try to catch the moments, when the chat is the most informal, expressive, intimate. Sometimes - without words.

Shoot Duration:

A few hours to full day. The photoshoot duration depends on the idea and the complexity of the concept.

The session typically takes around half a day for headshots. If you need more varied material, portrait editorial shots, silhouettes, etc. the shoot might take a whole day to ensure we have enough time to get everything right. Regardless of the time, the goal is to work at a comfortable pace. This allows us to focus on the details, energy and finally to get this one proper frame. I offer a 1.5 hour session in the basic plan to full multiple set studio and/or outdoor package. Please do not hesitate to ask for the details.

Adding a Stylist or a Makeup Artist

A stylist can help put together outfits that complement the setting and mood of the shoot, while a makeup artist can ensure your look is flawless in person and on camera. We usually work with clothes based on your wardrobe and your preferences, and the makeup is usually as neutral as possible, but - details matter.
These additional services are available separately, and we can talk about what would work best for your session based on the style and feel you're going for.

If you'd like to take your session a step further, there's the option to bring in a stylist and a makeup artist.

If you're looking for something a bit different, we can shoot on location. Whether it's an outdoor setting, indoor architecture or a more personal space, a location shoot can bring a unique vibe and help tell your story completely differently.

Shooting on Location

We can discuss potential spots that match the mood and theme you're going for, and I'll make sure the lighting and setting complement the vision. Shooting on location may seem more difficult due to the production requirements, potentially higher costs and turnaround time, but experience often allows me to solve these problems. At the same time, an attractive and well-chosen location allows you to complement and contextualize the story we are telling.

Selection and Retouching

The right choice of the final frame is one of the most difficult tasks that we face after the session.

These few frames will be your ‘face’ for the nearest future, these frames you will present to casting directors, in concert programs, on social media or in the job search process (even if a photo is not required). After completing the session, I review the images, You receive dozens to look through so you can select the best ones. Then I enhance it through post-processing, color correction and subtle retouching, to ensure that the photography is prepared for publication at the highest level - digital and analog. Even though today we use visual communication primarily in the digital domain, we must remember that a photo can also be used in the press, in a concert or festival program, on a poster or in other printed media.
